Budgetary Proposal

Step two we’ll provide you with a budgetary proposal within four (4) business hours.

We will contact you to ensure that the configuration proposed meets your engineering design requirements and is within your budgetary constraints.

Acquisition

In step three, your acquisition group will go through its standard practices for bidding and purchase.

Fulfillment

In the fourth step, Design & Process will place the order and provide the serial numbers, installation instructions, and support contacts for new licenses to the end user or designated IT group. Purchased Training, if any, will be scheduled with your organization’s training coordinator for the personnel identified.

Ongoing Subscription Services

Design & Process provides ongoing technical support for the period of software support purchased.

All designated “users” of the licensed software may contact our technical support team by phone or online.

Subscription services include all technical support, software upgrades, patches, and installation of new licenses and upgrades.

Design and Process Government Subcontracting Services

Design and Process LLC is a small business subcontractor for Lyme Technology Solutions. Under the Lyme Technology Solutions contract vehicles detailed below, Design and Process provides pre-purchase consulting, budgetary pricing, software license fulfillment, software support, and training instructors and materials.
