In the fourth step, Design & Process will place the order and provide the serial numbers, installation instructions, and support contacts for new licenses to the end user or designated IT group. Purchased Training, if any, will be scheduled with your organization’s training coordinator for the personnel identified.
Design & Process provides ongoing technical support for the period of software support purchased.
All designated “users” of the licensed software may contact our technical support team by phone or online.
Subscription services include all technical support, software upgrades, patches, and installation of new licenses and upgrades.
